Confirming Shipping Status

Check from My Page
Go to My Page > Order History to view the shipping and delivery status.
If you need assistance with your order, please confirm the relevant order code and contact Customer Support.

You can also check the tracking number from the following websites depending on the shipping method and destination country:

Contacting Us About Your Order
Please contact us with your Order ID. We will identify the items you have ordered.

The estimated delivery status is as follows:

Before Shipment
Order Received
Your order is not yet confirmed. The content of your order and payment information have been accepted. You have the option to cancel an order at this stage. If you need to make any changes to your order, please cancel it and place a new order. If an item is not available, the order may be canceled by the merchant.

Order Confirmed
Your order has been confirmed and payment will be collected. At this point, customers are no longer able to cancel an order.

Preparing Order
Your order is being prepared for dispatch from the merchant.

Dispatched
Your order has been handed over to the courier. You can use the tracking number to check the shipping status online. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to start showing updates.

After Shipment
Passing Through Customs
The local customs office is processing the import of the package. If the status does not update within a week, the package may be held by customs. After a certain period, packages may be sent back to Japan, so please contact us as soon as possible. Please check to see if you have received a phone call, email, or notice from customs. Please contact your local customs department yourself as we do not have the authority to contact them on your behalf.

Delivery in Progress, Holding Package
The package is with the delivery company and is being delivered or held. If the status does not update within a week, the package may be held by the delivery company. Packages that exceed the holding period will be returned to Japan, so please contact the local post office as soon as possible. Please check to see if you have received a delivery notice from the delivery company. Please contact the local delivery company directly.

Delivered
The package has been delivered by the delivery company. If you have not received your package, please check the following:

  • Make sure that a family member, roommate, or building manager has not received the package on your behalf.
  • Check with the local post office to confirm the name of the recipient and delivery status.
  • Please contact Customer Support if there are any issues.

Returned
Your package has been returned to Japan. Please contact Customer Support.
