Is it possible to change or cancel an order after placing it?

I haven't received my product. Can I check the delivery status of my product?
You can check the delivery status using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. Also, please contact us using the inquiry form along with your order number.
Can I specify a delivery company?
You can choose delivery by FedEx, regular delivery by Japan Post, or EMS (International Express Mail).
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping charges vary depending on the weight of the package and the destination country/region. Please check "Shipping Price" for details.
Is it possible to have multiple orders shipped together?

Please tell me the delivery time for the product.
Usually ships within 1 week of ordering. Delivery times vary depending on the country and region, but standard delivery times are approximately 10 to 20 days for standard shipping, approximately 5 to 8 days for EMS, and approximately 5 to 10 days for FedEx.
Will there be a separate shipping charge for orders that are delivered to different addresses?
Even if the order is made by the same person, if there are multiple delivery addresses, shipping charges will be charged for each delivery address. Please complete the ordering process for each delivery address.
Can I send it as a gift?
When making a purchase (payment), you can [change] the delivery address from "Shipping Address". If you change the shipping address, your order will be delivered to the changed address. Please note that we currently do not offer gift wrapping.

What payment methods are available?
Currently, credit card payments (VISA, Master, AMEX) and PayPal are available.
Can I change my payment method after placing my order?
You cannot change your payment method after your order is completed, so please be sure to check it when placing your order.

How do I search for products?
You can search by free word search using the search on the site.
"Out of stock" will be displayed on the product page only if the item is out of stock.

How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Is it possible to return/exchange?
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
What should I do if I receive a defective item or a different item than I ordered?
There is no excuse. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us at ●●●●@●●●●.co.jp with your order number. We will process the refund/exchange as soon as possible.

I placed an order but I haven't received an email. What should I do?
Your order may not have been completed correctly or your email address may be incorrect. Depending on your email settings, emails from this site may be sorted into your "spam folder".

I would like to issue a receipt. Is that possible?
We do not issue individual receipts or enclose them with products. note that. For credit card payments, the billing statement issued by the credit card company will serve as the receipt.
