Return and Exchange Policy

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. We strive for the highest quality in our products, but in the unlikely event of the following situations, we will accept returns or exchanges:

  • The product is defective.
  • The delivered product differs from the order.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:

  • Returns or exchanges due to customer preference (e.g., different from expected image, not suitable for skin after use).
  • Products that have been used at least once.
  • Products that have been opened.
  • Products damaged or soiled by the customer.
  • Products purchased with the intention of returning.
