Terms of Service
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") set forth the conditions of use for the services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided on this website by Mick Cosmo Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") must use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

(2) If the application is from a person who has violated these Terms. (3) If the Company deems the registration inappropriate for any other reason.
Article 3 (Management of User ID and Password)
- Users are responsible for managing their User ID and password for the Service appropriately.
- Users may not transfer or lend their User ID and password to a third party or share them with a third party under any circumstances. The Company will consider the use of the Service with a combination of User ID and password that matches the registered information as the use by the User who registered that User ID.
- The Company is not liable for any damage caused by the use of the User ID and password by a third party, except in cases of intentional or gross negligence by the Company.
Article 4 (Usage Fees and Payment Method)
- Users shall pay the usage fees for the paid part of the Service as specified separately by the Company and displayed on this website, using the method specified by the Company.
- If a User delays payment of the usage fees, the User shall pay a late fee at the rate of 14.6% per annum.
Article 5 (Prohibited Actions)
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following actions when using the Service:
- Actions that violate laws or public order and morals.
- Actions related to criminal activities.
- Actions that infringe the copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights included in the Service.
- Actions that destroy or interfere with the functions of the Company's, other Users', or other third parties' servers or networks.
- Commercial use of information obtained through the Service.
- Actions that may interfere with the operation of the Company's services.
- Unauthorized access or attempts to do so.
- Collecting or accumulating personal information or other data about other Users.
- Using the Service for wrongful purposes.
- Actions that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other Users or third parties.
- Impersonating other Users.
- Advertising, promotion, solicitation, or sales activities on the Service that are not authorized by the Company.
- Actions aimed at meeting unfamiliar individuals of the opposite sex.
- Providing direct or indirect benefits to anti-social forces in relation to the Company's services.
- Other actions deemed inappropriate by the Company.
Article 6 (Suspension of Provision of the Service, etc.)

- The Company is not liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by Users or third parties due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of the Service.
